1. Acceptance
By using ChatAgent365 you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This document is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
2. The service
ChatAgent365 is an independent platform that helps businesses automate conversations and lead capture. It is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for the content sent through the platform and for compliance with applicable laws, including privacy, consumer protection and messaging regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited messages, illegal content, harmful content or content that violates third-party rights.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. The Starter plan is free and may include reasonable usage limits.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
